Construction and commercial background
Bradley has over 35 years’ experience in Construction and Civil Engineering. He began his career in the late eighties as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor with Tarmac.
He has worked with Main Contractors and Sub-Contractors and was Commercial Director of a civil engineering and groundworks business employing approximately 60 people, with annual turnover in the region of £8 million.
Adjudication and party representation
Bradley enrolled for the RICS Diploma in Adjudication in its inaugural year in 2009 and completed it in 2011 as one of the first sixteen participants, alongside professionals including Solicitors and Barristers.
He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and specialises in party representation in Adjudications, acting as both a Referring and Responding Party Representative.

Construction and management experience
Paul has over 35 years’ construction industry experience, including Commercial Management/control, Contract Management and Site Management. He has worked with Client-side Framework Contractors, Main Contractors and Sub-Contractors.
Adjudication and party representation
In 2011, Paul was one of the first sixteen people, alongside Bradley, to complete the RICS Level 5 Diploma in Adjudication in the Construction Industry.
He represents clients in Adjudications as both a Referring and Responding Party Representative.
Lead consultant involvement
Our lead consultants remain involved in preparing and managing your dispute and are your first point of contact. We bring in specialist construction and ADR professionals where needed and manage their input as part of the case.
