Optimum Resolution represents contractors, subcontractors and employers in construction adjudications under JCT, NEC and bespoke construction contracts. We act for both referring and responding parties, dealing with payment disputes, final accounts, extensions of time, compensation events, and other contractual claims.

Preparing the adjudication
The Adjudication process can take two forms: Contractual Adjudication under the contract or Adjudication as per the Act of 1996 and the Scheme. The first crucial step is identifying the correct Adjudicator with the specific skill set required for the unique characteristics of the dispute.
We arrange the adjudicator’s appointment where appropriate and prepare and manage the documents for the case: Notice, Referral, Response and any subsequent submissions required by the adjudicator.
Managing submissions and communications
Throughout the Adjudication process, we maintain direct and consistent communication with the Adjudicator and the Responding party. This open line of communication ensures that all relevant information and arguments are presented efficiently, expediting the resolution process.
