Bradley is a seasoned Construction Commercial Professional with an impressive career spanning over 35 years in Construction and Civil Engineering. His journey began in the late eighties when he joined Tarmac as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor, laying the foundation for his expertise in the industry.
Throughout his career, Bradley gained valuable experience working with both Main Contractors and Sub-Contractors, acquiring a comprehensive understanding of diverse aspects of construction projects. His dedication and hard work propelled him to become a Commercial Director in his own Civil Engineering company, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership and management skills.
The global economic downturn of 2008 brought about significant challenges, but Bradley's resilience and passion for Dispute Resolution fuelled his next career move. Recognising his specific interest in this area, he embarked on a new journey by enrolling for the RICS Diploma in Adjudication in its inaugural year in 2009. In the company of fifteen other esteemed professionals, including Solicitors and Barristers, Bradley successfully completed the rigorous course and earned his Diploma in 2011.
